Sr. Product Manager, Adventure

Responsibilities
Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for in-vehicle, mobile, and web digital products tailored for adventure vehicles and customers
Lead the entire product development lifecycle from initial discovery, ideation, and validation through development, launch, and post-launch iteration
Conduct comprehensive customer research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities within the adventure segment
Translate customer insights and business objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Author high-quality Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and PRFAQs (Press Release/Frequently Asked Questions) to align cross-functional teams and secure buy-in for new initiatives
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI design, data science, marketing, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and adoption
Own the product backlog, prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic impact, customer value, and technical feasibility, and manage trade-offs effectively
Oversee product launches, define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product performance, and drive continuous iteration and optimization
Present product strategies, roadmaps, and updates to senior leadership and foster strong relationships with internal and external partners
Act as an internal and external evangelist for your products, identifying opportunities for innovation and making creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in product management, delivering consumer-facing digital products
Proven experience leading end-to-end digital product development
Demonstrated ability to conduct customer research, define product strategy, and manage product roadmaps
Experience writing detailed product requirements (e.g., PRDs, user stories) and performing discovery and validation activities
Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
Preferred
Master's degree or MBA
Experience with adventure, outdoor, or automotive-related digital products or services
Experience in a fast-paced, complex organization, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership abilities
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
Experience work in matrix-size organizations, with strong cross-collaboration with engineering, design, and other teams
Proven experience leading end-to-end product development for in-vehicle, mobile, or web platforms
A proven track record of successful product launches and driving measurable business impact
Familiarity with data analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies to inform product decisions
Experience with PRFAQs or similar narrative-driven product development frameworks
