Responsibilities

Own business development for your region with full autonomy to identify, pursue, and close large commercial opportunities
Leverage your existing network across CRE, development, architecture, construction, hospitality, multifamily, and tenant rep to open high-value doors
Build deep relationships with key decision makers, from asset managers to GC executives
Drive all phases of the sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement
Partner closely with the CEO and our VP of Commercial and internal support teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
Represent Flooret at industry events, association meetings, market tours, and key networking opportunities
Help amplify Flooret’s reputation as the easiest, most responsive partner in the industry
Maintain a strong pipeline of major commercial opportunities, both sourcing and landing multi-location and repeat customers
Identify opportunities to expand current accounts into long-term partnerships
Serve as a market expert by understanding local development activity, key players, project timelines, and competitive trends

Required

Large existing network inside CRE, development, tenant rep, architecture, or GC circles
Relationship-driven salesperson who is trusted immediately
Persuasive, confident, and comfortable selling to executive-level stakeholders
Energetic, proactive, and hungry to grow a book of business
Self-starter who wants control of their income
Competitive, resilient, and wired to win
Excited about joining a high-growth company and shaping the trajectory of a division
Ability to own business development for a region with full autonomy

Preferred

Flooring experience (not required but preferred)
Experience in tenant rep, GC work, or development
