The role involves ensuring the seamless completion of the loan funding process by collaborating with loan officers and credit analysts, while also managing documentation and resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities
Thoroughly review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to Westlake Direct’s credit policy
Verify completeness of all necessary documents and information
Collaborate with Loan Officers and Credit Analysts to resolve any discrepancies or missing information
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a smooth Funding process
Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds to Lienholders and Dealers
Conduct quality control checks on loan files to identify and rectify errors or discrepancies
Address and resolve any issues that arise during the Funding process promptly and efficiently
Implement improvements in the Funding workflow
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook, PowerPoint); required
Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, preferred
Automotive and Finance Experience; beneficial
Previous Loan Funding or Underwriting Experience; beneficial
Working knowledge of online meeting tools (Teams, Zoom)
Comfort and skill with working with all levels of the organization
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Team environment
Knowledge of Web Applications; beneficial
Knowledge/Experience with the use of DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL; beneficial
