Responsibilities

Source, recruit and interview top talent across the US and our global offices (Dallas, London, Paris, Singapore, Vilnius and more)

Lead full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, with a strong focus on the US market

Ensure a world-class candidate experience at every stage of the process

Drive the recruitment process end-to-end: screening, interviewing, evaluating skill level, gathering/giving feedback, managing offers and supporting onboarding

Become a trusted partner for hiring managers, providing guidance, insights and market expertise

Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional talent in competitive markets

Craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment content to effectively communicate each opportunity

Represent Blockchain.com externally by building relationships with professional associations, universities, meetups and key talent communities
