The Executive Operations Coordinator, PRN will provide high-level administrative and operational support across the Adult Behavioral Health department, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality in service delivery.

Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations and administrative functions for the Adult Behavioral Health leadership team
Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and communications to ensure department efficiency
Support project management by tracking deadlines, action items, and deliverables across the division
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior leadership review
Serve as a central point of contact between leadership, staff, and internal departments to streamline workflows
Qualification
Required
High-level administrative and operational support experience
Experience in coordinating daily operations and administrative functions
Ability to manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and communications
Project management skills, including tracking deadlines, action items, and deliverables
Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior leadership
Strong communication skills to serve as a central point of contact between leadership, staff, and internal departments
