Responsibilities

A P2 system is a method for allocating time, money, and manpower resources at a work task level through a series of computer programs or systems, for effective project management of those resources for accomplishment of the Corps' mission
Recognize probable conflicts of P2 and subsystems such as CEFMS, CEMRS, CMI, RMS, etc
Analyze tasks to establish work interrelationships and to establish the project baseline cost and schedule for review
Establish a project task listing required to accomplish execution of the project within cost and time limitations
Develop, prepare, and present reports, briefings, summaries and fact sheets obtained from other District elements and local sponsors
Prepare project management reports for upward reporting, monthly project status reviews with customers, monthly PRB briefings, Command Management Review (CMR) data validation, and other project data calls as required
Projects include feasibility studies, pre-construction engineering and design, and construction of military and civil works projects

Required

One year of specialized experience which includes entering project data into a network analysis system such as P2
One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as accounting, finance, business administration, public administration
Successful completion of all the requirements for a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%
One year of specialized experience which includes entering project data into a network analysis system AND assisting in analyzing data and creating reports
Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position
One year of specialized experience which includes entering project data into a network analysis system AND analyzing data and creating reports
Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position
Possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles

Direct deposit of pay is required.
Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement.
Permanent Change of Station (PCS) allowances may be authorized, subject to the provisions of the Joint Travel Regulations and an agency determination that a PCS move is in the Government Interest.
