Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team of data analysts

Allocate resources and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Develop and implement data analytics strategies aligned with business objectives

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal standards

Oversee data collection, cleaning, and validation processes

Use statistical tools and advanced analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights

Prepare and present reports to senior management

Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, operations, and IT teams

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Maintain and optimize data systems and databases

Implement modern analytics techniques, including machine learning and predictive modeling

Develop training programs for junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis

Excellent communication and project management skills
