Start in 2026 SpringCN is a premium railroad committed to safety and service, and they are seeking an Intern for Data Migration and Analytics. The intern will support the ERP Life Cycle Management Program by assisting with data migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4, and will engage in data profiling, cleansing, validation, and analytics remediation activities.

Responsibilities
Support the Data and Analytics team in performing any tasks in the teams' scope for the program
Collaborate with business and I&T functional stakeholders to identify and catalog data/business objects and profile quality
Identify data mapping and transformation requirements according to the business process re-engineering efforts
Participate in data cleansing activities, as required
Perform data validation and implement corrective measures
Remediate analytics data sources to align to new target system data structures and perform related regression testing
Qualification
Required
Interest in managing data, including its meaning, attributes, characteristics, and business value
Interest in business processes and how data interrelates with those processes
Interest in Analytics and how data models lead to enabling business insights and decision making
Applies critical thinking
Interest in identifying issues and applying resolution in complex data sets
Interest in handling data
Knowledge of Excel and other equivalent productivity tools
Evaluates data compliance with business rules such as quality metrics
Applies cleansing strategies, mapping, and transformation rules as well as analyze the outcome, determine, and apply corrective measures
Communicates with impact with stakeholders at multiple levels
Collaborates with others and shares information
Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Technical or Business fields with interest in data management, including business analysis and processes, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, and Engineering
Preferred
Knowledge of Power Bi, and SAP are an asset
