Temco Logistics is seeking a skilled and dependable CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to join their team. In this role, you will operate a flatbed tractor-trailer to deliver home improvement supplies while fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

Safely operate flatbed trucks to deliver building materials to residential and commercial sites
Load and unload freight manually or using equipment such as forklifts or Moffett’s; ensure all cargo is properly secured
Complete deliveries according to route schedule while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and DOT compliance
Accurately maintain delivery logs, paperwork, and communication with dispatch. Deliver outstanding service by communicating effectively with customers and store staff

Required

Minimum age of 21 years
Valid Class A CDL license
2–5 years of recent, verifiable CDL A driving experience
At least 1 year of flatbed experience required
Flexibility to work varying schedules to meet operational needs, including every Saturday
Current DOT Medical Card
Ability to pass a DOT urine drug screen and physical agility test
Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs and unload freight manually
Clean criminal background check
No drug/alcohol tests failed while holding a CDL A license (NO SAP participants)
Excellent driving record: no major violations in the last 12 months and no more than 2 in the past 3 years

Preferred

Forklift certification or Moffett experience is a huge plus!
