Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Execution

Comprehensive understanding of Live-streaming content operation and product assortment strategy

Work as a Campaign Executive with related stakeholders to ensure the campaign is running smoothly, including promotion setting, seller registration and communication with cross functional teams

Monitor real-time campaign/ project performance and keep tracking of post campaign performance evaluation

Support to help with any other general ad-hoc duties

Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze and visualize livestream performance data to support business monitoring and decision-making

Build dashboards and generate regular performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and optimization

Qualification

Required

Currently Pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related discipline

Data driven; an analytical thinker and experienced in using data and metrics to drive decisions

Experience in program or project management, consultancy, change management, or operations strategy

Proven ability in owning projects from inception to implementation

Experience in process optimization and scaling of efficiency initiatives

Experience managing or working within cross-functional teams

Expert in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Project

Preferred

Experience in Ecommerce or Tech organizations is preferred
