Responsibilities
Developing and implementing product strategies based on market analysis, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive profitability and growth
Overseeing the entire development process from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineering and design to create new products
Leading and coordinating efforts across diverse departments, such as engineering, marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product delivery
Maintaining a central repository of product information, managing documentation, and ensuring data is used effectively throughout the product lifecycle
Improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards by optimizing business processes related to product management
Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), product performance, and profitability to make informed decisions and adjust strategies
Managing the final stages of a product's life, including updates and retirement, to ensure a smooth transition and maximize residual value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in product or program management
Strong understanding of PLM principles and product development processes
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
Preferred
SAP certification preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
