They are seeking a Spa Receptionist who will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining knowledge of spa services, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate all appointments within the spa

Maintain complete knowledge of all Spa Services and products

Maintain the Spa facility throughout shift, including laundry, cleaning, food or beverage service

Escort guests to and from treatments

Cashiering duties for services and retail

Answer all incoming calls and schedule appointments

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Customer service experienceSpa industry experienceComputer skillsCommunication skillsTelephone skillsMT Food Service Certification

Required

Previous customer service experience

Strong computer, communication and telephone skills

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 30 pounds throughout a workday

Must either have MT Food Service Certification or be open to obtaining one upon hire

Preferred

1+ years experience in spa industry
