Responsibilities
You will be responsible for bringing multiple stakeholders together (e.g., Sales, Legal, Business Approvers, Operations) to implement the most strategic and valued transactions within the company
You will work long hours under pressure with a very close-knit team
You will go through daily challenges as an individual and as a team, building strong relationships through shared experiences, all while working independently and maintaining autonomy
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex Federal, Public Sector and Commercial contracts
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and analytical communication skills
Organized, detail oriented and time management skills
Experience drafting and negotiating complex contractual documents
Ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred
Prior experience in high tech industry, systems integrator, consulting, or professional services industry
Prior experience with Veteran Affairs, Department of Defense, and/or Intelligence Community
