Building automations and repeatable processes across the company
Standing up internal tools, templates, and workflows that scale
Capturing data across sales, product, and ops to build clean dashboards
Driving initiatives in pricing, logistics, vendor management, and ops quality
Defining and testing early sales motions with tight feedback loops
Running cross functional projects with fast turnaround
Qualification
Required
You're Type A, process minded and love making systems cleaner and faster
You can automate simple workflows and organize data clearly
You can turn messy problems into crisp plans
You like being early and owning entire workstreams end to end
Preferred
Strong preference for experience with Zapier or similar automation tools (Make, n8n)
Experience with Airtable
Experience with Notion
Experience with Google Sheets
Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot
Experience with basic dashboard tools
Comfort working with simple API style data like JSON
Previous operating, consulting, and investment banking experience
