Responsibilities
Mixing all fertilizer and acid stock tanks daily
Daily soil moisture readings and reporting to doc
Irrigation line maintenance and minor repair
Weekly calibration of all ph, ec and vwc probes
Daily handheld ph and ec checks to verify inline probe readings and ensure all feeds are within target range
Adjusting nutrient feed based on the stage of the plants and adhering to the prescribed feed schedule
Daily feed time adjustments based on Cultivation Director/Cultivation Lead recommendations
Cleaning irrigation lines in between room loads per the SOP
Weekly soil pH reading reported to Cultivation Director
Fertigation injection system maintenance/cleaning and small repairs
The Fertigation Techs will be assigned weekend shifts to allow for 7 day/week oversight of fertigation needs
The Employer may discontinue the use of Fertigation Techs in its sole discretion. In the event the Employer eliminates the Fertigation Tech position, no incumbent Fertigation Tech shall suffer a reduction in pay
Qualification
Required
