Responsibilities
Offer life, health, and Medicare supplement insurance policies to new and existing customers
Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify solutions across life, health, Medicare supplements, and long-term care
Explain policy features, benefits, costs, and exclusions in a clear and confident manner
Assist customers with claims, policy changes, and ongoing service needs
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
Qualification
Required
Life/Health insurance license, Series 6/63/65 is a plus
Ability to understand and explain complex insurance and Medicare products
Strong communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
Proven sales experience, ideally within insurance or financial services
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through abilities
Ability to build rapport, inspire trust, and maintain long-term relationships
