Responsibilities

Be a dedicated and trusted partner for the Regional Managers, Portfolio Managers, Advisor Consultants, SMA Specialists and fellow Associates

Assist with running client proposals, transition analysis in a timely manner and ensure all required edits are made prior to sending back to the Specialist

Collaborate with the Investment team(s) and Regional Managers to ensure accuracy of the data analytics within proposals and transition analysis

Support marketing initiatives to distribute and enhance SMA content (kits, flyers, proposals, etc.)

Partner with SMA Specialists to assist in ongoing operational items for clients

Partner with Digital Services to drive operational efficiencies where appropriate

Assist with reporting end-of-day sales to Regional Managers and leadership

Develop a deep understanding of Lord Abbett’s SMA business including products, platform availability, fees and customization capabilities

Embrace best practices and act as a change agent to identify opportunities for process improvements
