Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries and coordinate in-home visits

Match caregivers with clients based on skills, needs, and availability

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and families

Resolve service issues and ensure timely, quality care delivery

Collaborate with providers and internal teams

Track care documentation and maintain accurate client records

Support scheduling and communication across the care team

Maintain a consistent, in-person presence in each designated office

Qualification

Required

Age 18 or older

Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Reliable transportation and the ability to work regularly from all four office locations

Preferred

2+ years of relevant experience preferred

Sales background a plus, but not required

A professional, positive attitude

Sharp attention to detail and follow-through
