Responsibilities
Responsibility for plumbing system selection, engineering & design
Preparation of Plumbing drawings, sketches, analysis, specifications, and calculations
Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
Providing management and oversight of plumbing design support staff
Providing construction administration & site observations related to your projects
Delivering exemplary service and support to team members and clients
Supporting overall project management to our MEP team leaders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience equivalent to a degree
10+ years' experience in MEP plumbing design/consulting
Team leadership/management experience
Project management experience in the MEP space
Working knowledge of IPC/UPC and IBC standards
Complete understanding of building codes
Thorough design system knowledge
Commuting distance to Chicago, IL
Preferred
A Professional Engineering License (or equivalent experience)
CPD Certification
LEED® Accreditation
Working Autodesk® REVIT knowledge
