Responsibilities
Help manage and further evolve our sustainability reporting and support annual sustainability data collection
Analyze and synthesize ESG data for performance tracking and reporting purposes
Support the creation of the annual ESG Report and other regulatory and voluntary sustainability disclosures
Support the sustainability assurance process
Conduct research and benchmarking and track corporate sustainability best practices and trends
Help prepare ad hoc reporting requirements
Administer our sustainability software for data collection
Serve as the key contact for internal partners to assist them with data input, troubleshooting, and reporting functionality within systems
Support the development of strategies, goals, and action plans
Help to coordinate sustainability projects with internal stakeholders and external consultants across topic areas in our Product, Planet and People pillars
Develop presentations and written materials for internal and external audiences
Help advance our sustainability communications/marketing across brands, including for employee engagement
Support the team in any other task, including admin tasks, as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills
Environmental expertise
Business acumen
Passion for corporate sustainability/ESG
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across a diverse global company
Experience in sustainability reporting and data collection
Ability to analyze and synthesize ESG data for performance tracking and reporting
Experience in creating sustainability reports and disclosures
Research and benchmarking skills in corporate sustainability best practices
Experience with sustainability software for data collection
Ability to coordinate sustainability projects with internal stakeholders and external consultants
Strong presentation and written communication skills
Ability to support sustainability communications/marketing initiatives
