Responsibilities
Set the strategic direction for all Commercial Lending Assistant teams
Manage and oversee commercial loan origination employees, including coaching, training, escalated issue resolution, and performance management
Lead business line reporting and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Oversee system administration, including supporting systems/software, researching functionality/features, building requirements for RFPs or custom development, and coordinating with IT or vendors
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Review reports, pipeline trends, and bank performance at the enterprise level
Oversee administrative tasks and support for commercial lending operations
Serve as a subject matter expert, business line liaison, and key stakeholder on major projects and initiatives
Represent the commercial lending assistance function in executive meetings and cross-functional governance
Compliance with any and all BSA/AML/CFT and Sanctions requirements set forth by Bank Policy and Procedure, including but not limited to timely completion of assigned training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in commercial lending, banking, or financial services
Demonstrated experience in strategic leadership and enterprise team management
Expertise in system administration, business line reporting, and governance
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
