Responsibilities
Evaluate prospective client inquiries and calls, analyzing case fit
Convert leads into retained clients
Qualify clients for immigration services and explain retainers, payment plans, and onboarding
Complete intake forms and maintain accurate documentation
Communicate with prospective clients via phone, video, text, and email
Collaborate with Case Analysts and share feedback on client interactions
Process payments through approved methods
Track and report client interactions and sales outcomes
Keep Zoho CRM updated with accurate client and case data
Deliver targeted sales strategies to consistently meet monthly goals
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
2+ years of outbound sales experience, or 3+ years in sales
Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish
Comfortable working with monthly metrics and exceeding sales goals
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy: able to use case management software (CLIO), Zoho, G Suite, and related systems
Interest in the legal industry; immigration law experience is a plus
Empathetic, client-focused, and able to evaluate cases with discretion
Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
