Responsibilities
Lead client onboarding, including communication, email setup, and backend organization
Host discovery and strategy calls to define goals, target audience, and content direction
Conduct deep client research to identify whats worked, what hasnt, and where opportunities lie
Audit each clients current social media presence, aesthetic, and messaging
Build tailored social strategies, defining content pillars, formats, and overall direction
Collaborate on brand kits and ensure visuals and messaging align with client goals
Coordinate with internal teams (copy, creative, video) to maintain brand consistency
Lead monthly strategy and analytics calls, reviewing performance and refining direction
Translate analytics into clear insights and actionable next steps
Ensure all strategies align with Social Imprints standards of quality, brand authority, and measurable growth
