Account Executive - Enterprise - Governance product (Fides)

LegalOn Technologies is a global leader in Legal and Governance AI, and they are seeking an Account Executive to join their Governance sales team in the US. The role involves identifying, developing, and closing new business with enterprise and financial institutions, engaging directly with C-suite decision makers, and collaborating with various teams to build a robust pipeline and expand customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities - this includes doing your own outreach, taking part in the community and joining conferences
Drive deals from first contact through close, including discovery, demos, negotiation, and contract execution
Collaborate with Business Development to target high-potential prospects and refine our go-to-market approach
Manage and forecast pipeline activity using CRM tools with precision and transparency
Build trusted relationships with GCs, CFOs, and legal operations leaders across industries
In addition to Enterprise, focus on the financial industry / Asset Management and Private Equity / Hedge Fund space. Refine our go-to-market for those prospects and personas

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in governance, LegalTech, or adjacent enterprise SaaS, or 5+ years of experience working with legal or executive stakeholders in a client-facing capacity
Proven track record of success in closing mid-market and enterprise deals ($30K~$150K+ ARR)
Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building in a rapidly scaling environment
Willingness to travel and work within an international organization

Preferred

Experience selling to Private Equity, Asset Managers, and other Financial Institutions is a strong plus
Deep understanding of corporate governance, legal operations, or compliance workflows is a plus
