Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar positions, ensuring timely and accurate hiring

Collaborate with supervisors and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and plan headcount accordingly

Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews to identify qualified workers that meet operational requirements

Support the onboarding process, including documentation, contract signing, and area assignments

Maintain accurate records in Workday and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations

Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, including candidate guarantees and purchase order (PO) processing
