Responsibilities
Train new employees, assistant engineers, and engineers
Undertake project management work for the department
Optimize design solutions, define and optimize design principles
Establish and achieve team performance goals according to requirements
Provide technical support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering
Over 5 years of experience in mechanical design of medium-voltage switchgear
Proficient in fundamental principles and guidelines of medium-voltage switchgear design
Experience in product or engineering project management
Comprehensive and systematic knowledge of overall mechanical design, mechanical drawing, processing, and application technology
Familiar with machining process flow and requirements
Proficient in office software and drawing tools incl. AutoCAD, SolidWorks etc
Strong professional English reading ability, proficient in English listening, speaking and writing
