A_Sr. Technical Recruiter
ARServices is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full cycle recruitment for critical roles supporting defense, security, and national intelligence programs. This role involves partnering with senior leaders to shape talent strategies and managing the recruitment lifecycle for technical and corporate hiring.

Responsibilities
Design and execute recruiting strategies for cleared and contract roles
Partner with hiring managers to forecast and meet workforce needs
Ensure compliance with OFCCP, FAR, EEO, and other federal regulations
Strengthen our employer brand through innovative sourcing and recruiting campaigns
Lead full cycle recruiting for technical, cleared, and corporate roles
Drive proposal recruiting and contract ramp-ups in partnership with business development
Leverage ATS tools and analytics to improve performance and reporting
Build external partnerships with agencies, universities, and Veterans' organizations
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruiting effectiveness
Qualification
Required
U.S. citizenship required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
8 or more years of end-to-end recruiting experience in federal or GovCon environments
In-depth knowledge of OFCCP, FAR, and EEO hiring regulations
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills
Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics
Preferred
Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance
Experience leading recruiting strategy or managing TA teams
Familiarity with high-volume hiring, workforce transitions, or proposal-based staffing
SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential or similar certification
Demonstrated success in optimizing recruiting tools and platforms
