Design, develop, enhance, and maintain SQR programs for PeopleSoft applications
Work closely with business, functional, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; perform root cause analysis
Optimize SQR and SQL queries for performance improvement
Support enhancements, upgrades, patches, and integrations across PeopleSoft modules
Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation
Qualification
Required
10+ years of PeopleSoft development experience
Expertise in SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine
Strong SQL and relational database experience
Experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials and/or HCM environments
Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
Ability to perform independently in a fast-paced environment
