Field Sales Representative - Southern IL

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Field Sales Representative based in Southern IL. In this role, you will be responsible for driving net-new business by selling our industry-leading SaaS-based Fuel Management solution and competitive fuel card within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Prospecting, cold-calling, and generating new business opportunities with middle-market commercial accounts
Leading consultative sales conversations to uncover prospect goals, challenges, and needs
Presenting and demonstrating solutions that align with customer needs and deliver clear value
Partnering with internal teams (pricing, legal, risk, etc.) to close deals and ensure smooth implementation
Managing pipeline and forecasts accurately within Salesforce
Building and maintaining a professional network to support consistent pipeline growth
Actively participating in sales planning, events, and campaigns
Meeting and exceeding assigned sales/revenue targets
Engaging in ongoing professional development through coaching and feedback
Maintaining compliance with company processes, standards, and requirements

Qualification

Required

3+ years of documented B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
Strong prospecting and self-sourcing skills; ability to generate leads independently
Proficiency with research and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Prior experience selling to or managing corporate clients
Knowledge of commercial payments, fuel, and/or automation
Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
Bachelor's Degree
