Citco is a global leader in fund services and corporate governance. The Senior Investor Relations Administrator will provide daily support to clients and their investors, ensuring a seamless client experience by managing documentation, investor records, and communications.

Responsibilities

Review subscription agreements

Follow up with investors on missing documentation

Complete KYC and AML on investors

Carry out investor transfers and name changes

Maintain electronic and physical investor records

Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned

Prepare daily cash reconciliation for various accounts

Produce Statements, Distributions and correspondence

Update all contacts information in all systems

Assist with the appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls

Qualification

Client relationship managementFinancial services experienceKYCAML complianceMS Office proficiencyTaskCommunication skillsProject management

Required

2-4 years' experience in customer service within the financial services area, preferably fund services

Bachelor's degree in business or related field

Demonstrated strong client relationship experience

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Proficient with all MS Office applications
