Demand Generation Manager SOLA/NOLA - BRAZIL
Simetrik is a company focused on integrated marketing campaigns across Latin America. They are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to plan and execute campaigns that drive awareness and engagement, collaborating with global teams and local stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Build and coordinate multi-touch campaigns across channels including:
Paid media (SEM, GEO, display, social)
ABM programs
SEO/digital acquisition
Webinars and virtual events
Partner with the Global Demand Generation team to execute and report on campaign performance
Coordinate with Sales on outbound plays (e.g., cold sequences), ensuring account alignment and follow-up strategy
Coordinate campaign strategy and execution across stakeholders:
LATAM Marketing team (DGM): lead planning, account alignment, and oversee campaign results
Global Demand Gen: collaborate on execution and reporting
Agencies: manage creative, paid, and digital execution for events and brand campaigns
Partner with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Enablement, and Sales to ensure campaigns align with business goals and sales priorities
Work with the Marketing Director of Latam and CMO to localize content, messaging, and campaign assets to resonate with both Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking audiences
Work with Product Marketing to develop and pitch regionally relevant narratives while aligning with Simetrik’s global positioning
Ensure readiness of localized materials including landing pages, case studies, decks, and playbooks
Own regional marketing for events (digital and in-person), from planning to execution and results tracking
Collaborate with agencies and Director of Marketing on major presentation campaigns to enhance brand presence and leadership in the LATAM fintech ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or integrated campaign management, preferably in SaaS or fintech
Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns (paid media, ABM, SEO, events) across multiple markets
Strong understanding of the LATAM market, with experience adapting messaging for Portuguese (for Brazil) and Spanish-speaking audiences
Fluency in English and at least one of Portuguese or Spanish (both preferred)
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and ROI reporting
Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and digital advertising platforms
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and with external agencies
