Responsibilities
Be the subject matter expert and lead developer for Power BI reporting conversion for Case IH
Develop and maintain reports for management on the overall performance of business segments and develops metrics to measure various characteristics of the business
Develop and maintain weekly forecast reporting at the North America/RSD/TSM level
Develop and maintain a system for monthly/quarterly Retail PO assignment at the RSD/TSM level
Collect, analyze, and report management data to support decisions on day-to-day operations and strategic planning
Provide monthly retail and market share results to field and management
Assist field and management with inquiries on general reporting, Power BI, and other reporting systems
Provide management and CNH personal with technical expertise in the creation and optimization of comprehensive reports
Qualification
Required
BS degree in business and 2+ years of reporting, sales support or related position
Ability to professionally interface at all levels within the organization
Excellent organizational skills
SAP experience
Preferred
Moderate proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office Suite tools including Excel, Power Query, VBA, Power BI, and Pivot Tables
High level of proficiency with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), Power Query M, and advanced Excel formula expressions
