Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams in cycle count, material planning, scheduling, and material handling

Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration

Oversee daily, weekly, and annual cycle count programs to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance

Analyze discrepancies and implement corrective actions to reduce variances

Ensure timely and accurate material planning to support production schedules and customer demand

Collaborate with procurement, production, and engineering to align material availability with production needs

Optimize internal logistics and material flow to minimize waste and maximize efficiency

Ensure safe and effective handling, storage, and movement of materials throughout the plant

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory accuracy, schedule adherence, and material availability

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodologies
