Steven Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of three warehouse locations. This leadership role focuses on efficient logistics management, inventory control, and personnel supervision while serving as a liaison between warehouse operations and corporate leadership.

Responsibilities

Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics, including domestic and international shipping, transportation, parcel management and LTL

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control and order fulfillment

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, warehouse optimization, technology adaptation and industry best practices

Develop and monitor KPI’s to track efficiency, cost control and service levels

Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards across all facilities

Recruit, train and supervise warehouse staff

Lead, develop, and manage a team of 18, including 4 supervisors

Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct evaluations

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Ensure accurate inventory records and cycle counts

Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and discrepancies

Collaborate with purchasing and finance to manage inventory and reporting

Represent warehouse operations in executive meetings and cross-departmental initiatives

Communicate regularly with corporate leadership regarding KPIs, challenges, and opportunities

Support strategic initiatives related to warehouse optimization, technology, and cost control

Work with manager to set annual warehousing budget
