Responsibilities

Support the Studio Manager in overseeing all aspects of studio operations, including staff management, sales performance, and member experience

Hire, train, and develop sales staff to drive memberships and enhance customer service

Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies to grow studio utilization and lead generation

Manage and maintain studio schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and high client satisfaction

Attend and participate in training sessions to stay knowledgeable about BODY20 technology and programming

Promote the studio through community outreach, social media, and events

Handle client inquiries, membership concerns, and overall customer service to maintain high retention

Assist in managing studio inventory, payroll, and facilities maintenance

Meet or exceed personal and studio sales goals while maintaining an engaging studio culture
