Provide Hands-On Training: Conduct one-on-one and small-group training sessions in the work environment to teach job-specific skills and processes

Maintain Training Standards: Ensure all training activities align with established company procedures and best practices, contributing to a standardized and high-quality learning experience

Proficiency in All Departments: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all departmental functions and workflows to effectively train employees across the organization

Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of trainee progress, performance, and feedback. Communicate regularly with the Training Lead on training outcomes and any challenges encountered
