Design and optimize production processes, develop work instructions, and conduct employee training
Analyze and resolve production issues to ensure uninterrupted operations
Continuously improve product quality, manufacturing processes, and production technologies
Optimize product manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and quality
Design and follow up on tooling improvements for product enhancements
Participate in equipment introduction and technological upgrades

Required
