Test/Service Engineer

The Test/Service Engineer will be responsible for participating in internal tests, installation supervision, commissioning, and providing after-sales service while building strong customer relationships and offering technical guidance.

Responsibilities
Participate in Analytical system Site internal test, Installation Supervision, Site Acceptance Test, Commissioning, Startup and Warranty handling
Implement the service project
After-sales site service and troubleshooting
Build up the strong relationship with customer; identify and establish relationships with potential customers, understand customer needs and transform/develop them into business opportunities
Provide technical advice and guidance to ensure that customers receive correct level of technical attention
Supporting testing group to do complete system internal test and Factory Acceptance Test
Collect lessons learned during service at site and feedback to QA team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Process Engineering or related
3 years working experience preferably in analytical business
Able to endure frequent travel and the hardship of commissioning on site
Good logic elaborative faculty and the ability to solve technical problem
Good Chinese and English communication skills both verbal and in writing
Good computer skills
Willing for oversea and domestic travelling
Preferred
Service experience in the petrochemical, oil & gas industries
Knowledge on gas chromatography and its application
