Responsibilities
Frequent travel/visits to the customers and suppliers, around 50%
Technical understanding of body in white, vehicle structure to anticipate customers needs and values for customer
Develops, supports and executes customer roadmaps, steers profitable growth
Identify key Decision makers and built relationship with customers and suppliers focus engineering centers
Collaborates closely with Technical Team/Marketing/Sales/Kam to steer activities
Analyses and builds different future scenarios to create new paths of business
Steers and enrolls new products launches at customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a comparable technical field
Proven experience, 7-10 years, in strategic engineering or platform management roles, ideally in automotive or industrial sectors as well as sales experience
Strong technical understanding of Body in White and vehicle structural systems
Self-Motivation – Proactive and driven to achieve goals independently

Communication Skills – Clear and effective communicator across all levels of the organization
