Responsibilities
Ensuring that the master data is maintained efficiently and accurately in all systems, within your scope of responsibility
Documenting, reviewing, and updating the work procedures pertaining to all aspects of system maintenance
Participating in the elimination of non-conformance and adopting the ‘first-time right’ approach to assist in the overall resolution of quality issues
Acting as a master data super user, when needed and providing support and training to other Master Data Specialists and master data professionals in your area of responsibility
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or in a field with a corporate focus is required
2–4 years of experience in Master Data Management or customer onboarding, ideally in a corporate or B2B environment
Proficient in SAP (Customer Master Data) and Salesforce; ability to maintain and update customer records accurately
Advanced English (spoken and written) required for communication with U.S. stakeholders
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to gather, validate, and manage all required documentation for customer creation
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, reliable master data aligned with compliance and quality standards
Strong Excel skills
Preferred
Spanish fluency preferred
Power BI knowledge is a plus
