Responsibilities
Ensure strong customer orientation, responsiveness, and care across all assigned activities
Strengthen customer relationships by delivering outstanding service throughout project operations
Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction
Identify operational improvement opportunities and customer pain points while on-site
Communicate identified opportunities to account teams following established processes
Represent ABB on-site in a professional and consistent manner, acting as the link between the customer and internal teams
Lead site operations and establish the approach for project execution
Oversee site planning, mobilization, monitoring, and control of internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals
Coordinate the full spectrum of on-site activities from site handover to project completion
Ensure execution of start-up, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning activities in line with contract requirements, quality standards, timelines, and safety policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
Minimum 10 years' experience in data center installation, start-up, or operations, including management responsibility
Strong background in electrical infrastructure installation and commissioning
Project and operations leadership (project, portfolio, and operations management)
Quality and risk governance
Customer-focused mindset and excellent time-management capabilities
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with data center management tools and software
Solid understanding of medium- and low-voltage electrical switchgear
