Responsibilities

Electrical design of medium-voltage switchgear and project management of complex projects
Engage with customers to negotiate and finalize technical agreements
Optimize project design and promote standardization
Provide robust technical support both internally to colleagues and externally to clients, be mentor to new employees, assistant engineers, engineers

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in electrical automation or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
Having experience of electrical design, experience in medium-voltage switchgear is preferred
Strong understanding of power systems, such as high-voltage technology, power system analysis, and protection relay
Good communication and logical thinking ability
Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
Strong focus on quality and cost control
Proficient in office software, such as EPLAN, AutoCAD
