Responsibilities
Facilitating resolution of customer cases by following a robust root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions to prepare 8D report
Qualification
Required
You have a degree in Engineering
Possess an knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
You have good communication skills in English and Italian
You are passionate about resolving issues and solve problems
Preferred
industrial engineering will be considered a plus, i.e. electrical, electronic, mechanical
Knowledge of statistical analysis will be considered a plus
Any experience in industrial context during other internships or during studies will be considered a plus
