Responsibilities
Support the execution of innovative digital communications strategies, managing paid and organic influencer campaigns across all social media platforms
Build lists of targeted influencers that suit the aesthetic and ethos of each brand and conduct outreach for seeding
Build proposals, contracts, creative briefs and recap reports for influencer campaigns
Support and attend brand events, influencer trips and partnership opportunities
Maintain and expand relationships with content creators, agents and key opinion leaders
Contribute to brainstorming, and facilitate partnerships, activations and other brand-building opportunities for clients
Manage the junior staff, act as a strong mentor and guide
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2-3 years of social media and influencer experience, preferably at an agency
Foundational knowledge of fashion, lifestyle and consumer digital practices
Experience working with paid and organic influencer programs
Strong writing, communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate ideas to clients and colleagues
Strong work ethic and an insatiable desire to learn and develop your skills
Strong sense of collaboration and team spirit
High level of interest and proficiency in the evolving digital landscape
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline oriented, high-energy environment with a consistent positive attitude
Proof of vaccination against COVID-19 in accordance with CDC guidelines
