Steps in and acts as General Manager in their absence
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in hotel management or a related field
At least 4 years of management experience in the hotel industry
Fluently speak, read and understand English
Familiar with OSHA, local Department of Health regulations and relevant current laws governing the handling of hazardous substances
Must be a team player
Ability to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to stand/walk, carry/lift up to 25 pounds, bend/twist, climb stairs
