Responsibilities

Lead the full product design lifecycle for major platform features, from discovery and user research through high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, usability tests, analytics) to inform design decisions
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define requirements, write clear design briefs, and align on success metrics
Partner with Engineering to validate feasibility, iterate on solutions, and ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Advocate for best practices in UX, accessibility, and inclusive design across the organization
Present design concepts and user flows to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and driving alignment
Analyze post-launch performance data to identify opportunities for iteration and optimization
Help shape design processes, standards, and documentation to improve efficiency and quality

Required

8+ years of professional product design experience, preferably in a user-focused SaaS
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, problem framing, and polished visual and interaction design
Expertise in Figma (or equivalent tools) for wireframing, prototyping, and design system maintenance
Proficient in conducting and synthesizing both qualitative (user interviews, usability tests) and quantitative (analytics) research
Deep understanding of interaction design principles, visual design, and information architecture
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
Experience mentoring and coaching designers; passion for growing design talent
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design methodologies
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, agile environment
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, related field (or equivalent practical experience)
