F135 Supply Chain Management Level 3 CAM - (Onsite)

The F135 Supply Chain Management Level 3 Control Account Manager (CAM) will oversee Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) management for SCM spare material and labor accounts, ensuring compliance and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

Ultimately responsible for providing Manager level oversight and accountability for all Level 5 work packages, both material and labor, falling under the Level 3 Supply Chain work scope in accordance with Pratt & Whitney EVMS monthly rhythm, including but not limited to; calculating estimates to complete (ETCs), identifying risks and opportunities, supporting program reviews, Budget Change Request (BCR) processing, monitoring spares' buy to budget cost targets, Estimate At Completion (EAC) analysis, Cost and Schedule Variance Analysis, IMS analysis (horizontal & vertical) and taking IMS status
Reconciliation with EVMS material analysts on CAM estimated spares order costs vs EVMS baseline spares costs from SAP spare parts workbench
Author new spares budget status Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Spares Demand and Usage CDRL- Actively participate in the F135 Sustainment Requirements Working Group to develop and refine contract requirements
Collaborate with F135 SCM team to develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for long-term Sustainment contract efforts. Plan and manage awarded SCM control account budgets in coordination with SCM team and external support teams

Required

Bachelor's degree
8 years of Aerospace, Earned Value, or Military contracting experience OR advanced degree with 5 years of Aerospace, Earned Value, or Military contracting experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree is preferred
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational supply chain and/or logistics management capacity along with leadership experience
Experience with contracts, statement of works and negotiations recommended
In-depth knowledge of EVMS processes and systems, as in proficiency in the complete range of SAP spares-related transactions
Familiarity with engine Bills of Material, spares configuration management databases, and spares provisioning tables is highly desired
Good analytical skills are a must: individual must be able to organize, logically analyze and present spares information that may be pulled in from several info systems
Demonstrate work experience that details examples of self-starting ability, initiative, and capacity to drive complex issues to closure
