Responsibilities
Build and own core product features that deliver immediate value to users
Tackle technical complexity across the stack: data pipelines, infra, LLMs, and frontend UX
Talk directly to customers and pilot users to identify gaps, test new ideas, and iterate quickly
Contribute to our onboarding, implementation, and customer delivery processes — including tooling and automation
Collaborate with engineering and product to prioritize roadmap items based on user impact
Think holistically about the product and business — helping shape GTM strategy, sales enablement tools, and internal ops
Joining customer calls to understand how reps use the product and where it can improve
Shipping a feature that delivers a step change in ROI for pilot users
Troubleshooting onboarding or LLM performance issues and pushing hotfixes
Building a new internal tool to streamline sales team workflows
Brainstorming new value props with the founders and contributing to pitch iterations
Qualification
Required
Strong engineering and/or ML background, with experience or interest in LLMs and large-scale data processing
You've owned product areas or infrastructure before, and thrive on autonomy
You get energy from talking to users and thinking from their perspective
You learn quickly, move fast, and constantly seek feedback
You're looking for a big leap forward — in ownership, impact, and growth
Preferred
Former founder or 2+ years at a high-growth startup in a customer-facing role
Experience working directly on delivery, implementation, or sales engineering teams
Built or scaled LLM-based or AI-powered products in production
