Yulista Holding LLC is a company focused on providing facilities maintenance support. The Grounds Laborer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems, as well as performing general maintenance and repair tasks for equipment and buildings.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain and service irrigation systems

Perform regular system maintenance, including starting up systems for use in warmer months

Inspecting and repairing sprinkler heads, pipes and other components

Winterizing systems to prevent damage during freezing weather

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and completed work orders

Assist with snow removal on all sidewalks, utilizing snow shovels, small equipment with plows; follow with the application of Ice Melt

Loads and unloads trucks, and other conveyances

Move supplies and materials to proper location by wheelbarrow or hand trucks

Dig, fill and tamp earth excavations

Level ground using pick, shovel, tamper, and rake

Shovel concrete, soil, and asphalt

Clean culverts and ditches

Cut trees and brush

Cuts vegetation, using walking-type or riding mowers (less than 2000 lbs.)

Operates power tools such as lawnmowers, weed eaters, edger’s, blowers, drills, air hammers, earth tampers, generators, air compressors, sump pumps, concrete saws, routers, etc

Trim hedges and edge around walks, flowerbeds, and wells, using hedge trimmers, clippers, and edging tools

Prune shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth using shears and other hand tools

Plant grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs

Water lawn and shrubs during dry periods using hose or activating sprinkler systems

Pick up and cart away leaves, paper, or other litter

Spread concrete and asphalt on concrete and paving jobs using the appropriate hand tools for the job

Clean hand tools, machinery, and work area

Spread sand and salt on icy roads and walkways

Responsible for timely reporting of accidents, injuries, and hazardous situations

Perform all other work-related duties as assigned

Required

Must High School Diploma or Equivalent

Minimum of 3 years' experience

Valid Drivers License

Ability to pass a drug and background screening

Must be able to pass Government background check
