Responsibilities

Lead multiple growth engineering teams, in partnership with product, design and data to build products and mission critical systems to deliver company growth
Partner with senior growth engineering leaders to drive engineering quality and excellence across all products and systems that enable company growth
Partner with growth leadership to build a world class growth engineering organization through hiring, developing, and promoting a culture of high velocity execution, delivering impact and operating with agency

Qualification

Required

Strong track record of leading high functioning engineering teams to repeatedly deliver significant business impact
Ability to drive multi-quarter roadmaps with complex organizational dependencies
Ability to deliver high quality products and mission critical systems under strict deadlines

Preferred

Strong cross-functional partnership skills
Experience working across all parts of the stack
Excited about working in a fast-paced environment
Excited and motivated about delivering impact to the business
Previous Growth experience is a plus!
